It is a renowned green tea with long, dark needle shaped leaves and steeps a cup with a bright clear liquor with a grass-like sweet flavor. Less grassy and vegetal then the Japanese Sencha Green Tea, this Chinese Sencha invokes notes of toasted rice (yes, rice believe it or not) with a nice, clean finish. Hot or iced, your preference.
